I would like to order these again but with a free order

The plates sent to my son and his wife did not say that they were dishwasher proof. They loved the plates but had to throw them out after being in the dishwasher. They were sent to Michigan. There needs to have a label saying "do not put in dishwasher."

Fondue Pot

This is a nice looking pot. I worry about the handle and how it is attached as it is not attractive but it looks solid.

Stainless Steel Bowls

These are very very nice. Quality all the way.

Picture and description are misleading.

I ordered Product Code: 017-9000P . I only received the bottoms, but did not receive the Lids. When I look at the item on line it the picture shows the Bowl and Lid. No where in the description does it say "Bowls Only". After doing more research, I do see #: 017-9000CP. Which is described as a Tortilla Bowl Cover. I assumed these were for replacement lids when needed. So was I supposed to get lids with this order, or do I need to order them separately. And if I do need to order separately, why does the picture lead me to believe that I would receive both, with no disclaimer stating bowl only. Highly misleading, and puts me in a tough spot from a timing standpoint.

I love my new stainless steel set. The shell pattern is perfect for our place at the ocean.

I do food demos in grocery stores and the fondue came out beautifully. It is a nice looking and unusual pot. Very happy with it.

What a find!

When I read the description of how this bowl keeps the contents cold for hours, I was skeptical but was anxious to try it as we often transport food to family gatherings, using ice packs and coolers. It holds up to its claim! We used it for an outdoor potluck dinner and the salad was still cold 4 hours later. I wondered if it would freeze the lettuce or contents inside the bowl but it did not. It's substantial - nothing flimsy about it but attractive and looks good on a table as well. The plastic lid comes with it and fits loosely on top. I'd highly recommend it.

Was not what I excpected

We use in a preschool. The product was to big for the little ones to use. Was not happy with the size!

Perfect Melting Pot Home Version

We purchased this product for use at home so that we could recreate our favorite recipes from the Melting Pot! It works perfectly with our induction cooktop!!

Perfect Pairing with teh 5150SS

This is the perfect pairing with the 5150SS. It allows you to create a double boiler that can be used for fondue or other creations.

Great Fondue Pot

We use this to make restaurant quality fondue at home. It looks very much like the picture but I do wish this was a little more attractive. I have looked and this is the nicest looking Fondue pot for use with an induction cooktop that I could find. I was also disappointed when I realized you have to buy the bowls seperatly. The bowls are inexpensive but I had to pay shipping twice because I missed that part. I ended up buying two bowls so it is easy to switch from cheese to chocolate. It is a great product just make sure you buy the bowls at the same time!

Fantastic product!

We were looking to duplicate our experience at The Melting Pot, a local fondue restaurant, and this product fit the bill perfectly. Coupled with an induction burner, it takes all the work out of having fondue. No more burning the cheese or chocolate. Perfect size to serve three or four people. Couldn't be happier!
