Blodgett ZEPH-100-E Zephaire Single Full Size Electric Convection Oven - 11kW, 220 240v/1ph

There are five chrome-plated oven racks in the Blodgett ZEPH-100-E SGL full-size convection oven. They can be placed in 11 positions with a minimum spacing of 1⁵⁄₈ inches. The cavity has a standard depth, holding the pans in the left-to-right position. Temperatures in the unit range from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Heated air is evenly distributed throughout the cavity with a two-speed fan, and operators can keep an eye on product during cooking since the cabinet is illuminated by lights.

There are double-pane thermal glass windows in the doors, enabling staff to monitor the cooking process. These windows are encased in stainless steel frames that add strength to withstand slamming. To make it easy to load racks into the compartment, the powder-coated handle opens both doors simultaneously. A triple-mounted pressure lock design ensures the doors are aligned and sealed properly to keep heat inside the Blodgett ZEPH-100-E SGL full-size convection oven.
