Doyon LMA630 Description
The Doyon LMA630 reversible dough sheeter is used to thin and shape pizza dough, as the adjustable rollers change in thickness from 1 1⁄32 to 1 1⁄2 inches thick. Able to hold 30 pounds of dough, this unit has 20 speeds for an ideal consistency, and sticking is prevented by the stainless steel roller construction. Catch pans on the end of the conveyor on each side hold dough, keeping it from falling in the floor, while a flour reservoir is built over the rollers. To prevent tears and obstruction, the exit conveyor is faster than the entry, and the Doyon LMA630 reversible dough sheeter has a fold-up conveyor that eases storage.
