Doyon E236 Description
The Doyon E236 roll-in proofer can hold two single racks side by side or one single rack and 10 shelves. Bright lights illuminate the product so the user can monitor the progress of the loaves inside without interrupting the proofing process. Its aluminum interior floor is heavy duty and resistant to corrosion while its stainless steel construction ensures this proofer is durable and can be cleaned efficiently. Pull handles on the doors withstand repeated opening and closing, and because water entry is automatic, a drain is not required for use. The Doyon E236 roll-in proofing cabinet has an airflow heating system to ensure heat and humidity are evenly distributed.
