Bakemax BMPM060 Description
The BakeMax BMPM060 floor planetary mixer has a large, 60-quart capacity. It powers through mixtures at four different speeds as high as 436 RPM. Instead of a belt, hardened alloy steel gears provide movement and strength, enabling the unit to accommodate thick products such as dough.
To reduce user strain, the large bowl moves into place with a hydraulic lift. For user safety, this unit only works when the safety guard is closed and mixing stops immediately if the guard opens. The mixer's housing is made of durable die cast aluminum and other metals that endure daily use. This floor mixer has a No. 12 hub and includes three attachments: a wire whip, a dough hook, and a flat beater.
