Optimal for whipped cream, mashed potatoes, and other products with significant moisture content, the BakeMax BMPM040 mixer's agitator moves around the bowl while spinning on its axis. This piece of equipment includes multiple agitator types: a flat beater, wire whip, and dough hook. The mixer can handle as much as 40 quarts of product and is popular for producing pastries and cupcakes.
