Bakemax BMMSM10 Description
Giving operators complete control of the carriage's motion, the BakeMax BMMSM10 meat slicer is a manually operated piece of equipment. This slicer is the economical alternative to automatic units. Its 10-inch blade is optimal for medium-duty operations and is great for slicing firm vegetables and deli meats. However, it can't be used to slice cheese. The slicer's fully anodized aluminum body is constructed for convenience and safety.
Measuring 20 inches wide by 16 1⁄2 inches deep by 14 inches high, the BakeMax BMMSM10 commercial slicer is a gravity-fed machine. The slicer is perfect for commercial foodservice operations such as sub shops, restaurants, cafes, delis, and more. This unit features a built-in blade sharpener to facilitate maintenance and has an emergency shut-off switch to optimize user safety.
