Using the BakeMax BMFRS03 floor model dough sheeter's control lever, operators can adjust dough thickness between ³/₂₅ and 1²⁴/₂₅ inches to flatten or stretch dough to create pizza, pie crust, donuts, cookies, or fondant. Dough can be fed through the 95-inch-long by 25-inch-wide conveyor belt, and users can change direction forward or backward with a tiltable lever to ensure the dough is evenly sheeted. To reduce tearing risk, this unit's in-feed features two synchronized speeds, and heavy-duty scrapers prevent dough from sticking to the rollers. An automatic overload mechanism protects the motor from damage during high-volume use, and when the rollers' safety guards are lifted, the unit automatically shuts down for user safety.

This BakeMax BMFRS03 reversible dough sheeter is a floor model, measuring 40 inches wide by 99 inches deep by 44 inches high and is made of heavy-duty stainless steel with an aluminum alloy head housing for long-lasting corrosion resistance. To save space when not in use, its sides can be folded up. The stainless steel rollers inside the unit measure 25³/₅ inches long by 3¹/₂ inches wide to produce consistent results, and a catch tray is built on either side of the unit to ease dough insertion and retrieval.
