For sheeting and stretching large volumes of dough for puff pastries, donuts, pie crusts, or pizza, the BakeMax BMFRS01 dough sheeter is equipped with a 79-inch-long by 17-inch-wide conveyor belt and two catch trays. Operators can adjust dough thickness between ³/₂₅ and 1²⁴/₂₅ inches and tilt a corresponding lever to guide dough forward or backward as needed. Its two-speed in-feed reduces the risk of tears and minimizes product waste, while its heavy-duty scrapers prevent dough from sticking to the rollers. For streamlined operation, an automatic overload mechanism protects the motor from damage during high-volume use. If the rollers' safety guards are lifted during use, the unit automatically powers off.

The BakeMax BMFRS01 reversible dough sheeter is a floor model measuring 32 inches wide by 84 inches deep by 44 inches high. For longevity in fast-paced restaurants, bakeries, and hotels, it's made of heavy-duty steel—a rust-, corrosion-, and wear-resistant metal that's simple to wipe clean between uses. Its rollers are also made of stainless steel for durability, and each measures 17.7 inches long by 3¹/₂ inches wide to evenly press dough. When not in use, the unit's sides can be folded up to save space.
