Bakemax BMFD001 Description
The Bakemax BMFD001 single multi-purpose deck oven accommodates up to four 18-inch by 26-inch pans, making it versatile for a wide range of baking tasks. Constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel and fully insulated with rock wool, the oven ensures excellent heat retention for consistent results. The artisan stone hearth provides even heat distribution, while adjustable doors with large tempered glass windows and interior lighting enhance visibility and usability during operation. A compartment steam generator installed above the heating elements supports steam injection for moisture control, improving the quality of baked goods.
Designed for ease of use, the Bakemax BMFD001 oven features digital controllers with LED displays, rocker switches, and 99-minute timers with audible alarms. Operators can separately control the top and bottom heating elements, while moisture control dampers allow precise baking conditions. Additional features include LED indicators, an on-off rocker switch, and a chamber oven light controlled by rocker switches. Supported by four heavy-duty legs with lockable casters, the oven provides stability and mobility.
