Bakemax BMCRS02 Description
With an adjustable thickness between 3 and 50 millimeters, the Bakemax BMCRS02 countertop dough sheeter can stretch dough for bread, pastries, cookies, and more. For safe operation, power is shut off automatically when the safety guards on the rollers are lifted; nonstick scrapers ensure dough does not stick to the rollers during operation. Protecting the motor for longevity, this unit automatically prevents overload.
The Bakemax BMCRS02 countertop dough sheeter has two catch pans, one on each side of the sheeter, for positioning dough, and a lever control enables the dough to move forward and back through the machine. Its two-speed feed prevents dough from tearing during operation, and for cleaning purposes and durability, the rollers are made of stainless steel.
