Bakemax BACG36-3 Description
The Bakemax BACG36-3 gas griddle's burners are spaced 12 inches apart; all three have their own pilot light, so they can be controlled individually to cook different types of product. Made of 3⁄4-inch-thick steel, the griddle plate provides rapid temperature recovery and heating, speeding up cook times in a commercial kitchen. To facilitate cleaning, the plate is polished and can be wiped down between uses.
To capture crumbs and debris before they reach the counter, the Bakemax BACG36-3 countertop griddle includes a grease trough. Its sides and back have splash guards to capture splatter, ensuring the wall behind the unit and surrounding pieces of equipment stay clean. To elevate it from the countertop, it's mounted on stainless steel legs that can be adjusted for uneven surfaces. This unit measures 36 1⁄5 inches wide by 31 1⁄10 inches deep by 17 3⁄10 inches high.
