With room for eight toppings, the APW RTR-8 refrigerated topping rail is ideal for sandwich shops, pizzerias, and delis because it can store various vegetables, meats, sauces, and condiments. It's useful in the back-of-house for prepping or in the front for self-service. Eight sixth-size pans are included; these 6-inch-deep pans provide large amounts of storage without occupying too much counterspace. On each pan, a hinged top keeps food safe from contamination. This countertop pan rail has removable pans and an easy-to-clean stainless steel construction that resists corrosion, dents, scratches, and stains.
