Its one drawer provides enough space for 72 buns, and to maintain internal cleanliness, the pan inside the drawer is simple to remove. This unit’s exterior is made of solid stainless steel, and for user customization, its 1-inch feet are adjustable.
This APW BW-31 hot dog bun warmer has a flexible design for clerk-service or self-serve use. Its front-placed thermostatic controls reach 160 degrees Fahrenheit, and this heating component distributes an even blanket of heat and moisture to keep buns at ideal serving temperatures. The pilot light alerts users of operational conditions through long shifts.
