Confirm Size Before Ordering
Make sure you confirm the size before ordering this shelf. I ordered a UG-24-24 thinking it was a 24"x24" shelf (also advertised as 24"x24"). It turned out to be an actual 18"x18" shelf. Now weeks later, I am sitting with the shelf and have to pay a restocking fee. Make sure you ask or confirm with the sales department the actual size to save yourself the headache and delays.
