The Advance Tabco SFLAG-307-X worktable is made of 430 series, 16-gauge stainless steel to reduce dents, bends, and scrapes. It stands around the same height as a typical countertop, so it naturally fits into a kitchen, and staff members can chop or mix ingredients on the unit, though they should try to keep food off the surface. By catching debris before it falls, the far side of the unit has a backsplash that helps maintain clean floors, and it provides custom storage space with its adjustable, 18-gauge stainless steel undershelf. For uneven flooring, the bullet feet can be raised and lowered. Its seams are TIG welded, a type of arc welding that heats metal using tungsten electrodes.
