Designed for environments where tray storage and transfer are needed in confined footprints, the Advance Tabco PR30-2K sheet pan rack features a vertical, full-height layout with thirty levels spaced 2 inches apart. This configuration supports high-volume staging while maximizing limited kitchen space, and the open-ended front-loading design simplifies insertion and removal of trays. Operators can store either (30) full-size 18-in. x 26-in. pans or (60) half-size 13-in. x 18-in. pans depending on daily needs. The spacing between levels makes it suitable for prepped goods, baked products, or chilled pans in walk-in coolers, while its tall profile accommodates vertical stacking in tight corridors or production lines.

The Advance Tabco PR30-2K sheet pan rack features a welded ladder-style assembly constructed of 1-in. square tubing and 1 1⁄2-in. ribbed angle slides, providing rigid support along the frame. It is reinforced with six cylindrical support bars and secured with a bolted cross-frame to reduce sway or bending under load. Made of 6063-T52 aluminum, the extruded tubing and angle slides combine to form a durable frame that is resistant to corrosion and impact. Plastic endcaps on the frame reduce abrasions or snagging, while four stem-mounted swivel casters—each 5 inches in diameter—enable smooth movement across kitchen floors. This rack accommodates up to 500 pounds and is built to perform in active storage, prep, or staging areas.
