An alternative to messy, awkward toilet seat covers, the Rubbermaid FG402310 foaming Clean Seat system is a foaming solution that eliminates dirt and bacteria from bathroom surfaces. Designed for easy use, the foam can be applied to toilet tissue and then used to clean any surface. In addition to toilet seats, it can be used on stall handles and baby changing stations. The alcohol-based formula is absorbed slowly by the tissue and quickly evaporates on the surface. The dispenser's large, 400-milliliter capacity comes in a small footprint, and it's compliant with AQA requirements. An antimicrobial agent integrated into the push handle slows bacterial growth, preventing cross contamination.
