The Rubbermaid FG360288WHT ProSave™ mobile ingredient bin can hold 154 pounds of flour or 197 pounds of sugar. With the clasp securing the lid to the base, product is kept fresh for a long time, while a hook on the inside of the bin holds a 32-ounce scoop. Since the scoop is stored inside the bin, ingredients can be accessed quickly. The hook holds the scoop out of product so staff does not have to touch the food with their hands and risk contamination.
The window on the Rubbermaid FG360288WHT ProSave mobile ingredient bin lets users easily identify product for cooking and inventory, and for convenient cooking, the bin can be easily moved to different prep areas with the 3-inch casters.
