The Frymaster 803-0017 fryer basket's full-size configuration secures food in place during cooking and accommodates large batches of product. With its 171⁄2-inch width and 163⁄4-inch depth, this size also works well for oversized food. The basket front has a hook that secures onto the bar above the oil so excess liquid can drain off the fried food. Because its handle is coated, the fryer is comfortable and safe to maneuver.
