Frymaster 2FQG30U Description
The Frymaster 2FQG30U gas deep fryer cart is built with casters for simple repositioning in the kitchen. To ensure oil in the two 30-pound-capacity frypots is kept clean, the unit employs an automatic filtration system that rids it of debris and crumbs. A rack hanger and rack-type basket secure the twin frying baskets in place to prevent them from slipping into the oil. Included covers can be placed over the frypots after hours, protecting the oil from potential contaminants.
The Frymaster 2FQG30U commercial fryer is powered by infrared burners and LP gas; it has a total output of 140,000 BTUs. Its temperature can be monitored using the 1-degree thermostat, which is mounted on the heating elements to ensure accurate results. During slow operating hours, its COOL mode can be activated to reduce the amount of energy used. Operators can use SMART4U® technology to program frequently made recipes, speeding up ticket times in the kitchen.
