The Prince Castle 233-71A grill wiper's blade is 7 inches wide to remove a griddle's leftover grease and food residue effectively. Because it's made of silicone rubber, it's less likely to damage sensitive surfaces, such as Teflon® coating, compared to stainless steel blades. It withstands temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit, so it can remove buildup while the griddle or grill is in use. After one side becomes worn, users can flip it to the unused side to extend it service life. Operators can grip its heat-resistant, nonporous plastic handle securely and comfortably for thorough cleaning.
