Server 88750 Description
The Server 88750 dry product dispenser is good for dispensing free-flowing dry ingredients that won't melt or clump at room temperature. Since it mounts to the wall, this item doesn't require counterspace to operate and can be installed at any height. Each dispenser comes with four color-coded portion trays, so operators can determine the dispense rate of the hopper at a glance. Portion sizes can be set from 1⁄2 to 1 1⁄2 ounces, enabling control of product inventory and reducing waste. The lid of the copolyester dispensing container can be lifted off to enable quick refilling, and the dispensing lever operates without straining hands or wrists, making it ADA compliant. Made of 18-gauge stainless steel, the mounting bracket supports the unit firmly and resists rusting or bending.
