Server 85070 Description
The Server 85070 Advantage™ food warmer is designed to dispense warm fudge and caramel for frozen yogurt and ice cream. Its body can hold two 96-ounce product pouches (with 16-millimeter fittings) and evacuate nearly 100 percent of the bag to prevent product loss. The amount dispensed by a single handle stroke can be adjusted in 1⁄8-ounce increments as large as 1 ounce.
A stainless steel exterior with a temperature-resistant molded top piece encloses the Server 85070 advantage fudge server, reducing the risk of burns. Its tamper-resistant design is a great fit for self-serve stations. The dispenser can be turned on or off with a simple rocker switch, and internal temperatures can be adjusted using a knob with markings that simplify its operation.
