Server 83240 Description
The Server 83240 condiment pump dispenses condiments, dressings, and relishes from an 11-quart vegetable inset. A single stroke can serve as much as 1 ounce, but this can be reduced in 1⁄8-ounce increments with gauging collars. The cast valve body has captured ball valves to help prevent product loss. Maintenance on the Server 83240 condiment pump is simple since it comes with cleaning brushes. Made of stainless steel, the pump is durable and corrosion resistant for commercial applications.
