Server 82110 Description
Great for serving hot fudge, caramel, and other warm toppings, the Server 82110 fudge server is heated with a wrap-around heating element; heat is then transferred to the surrounding water bath for even temperature distribution. To reduce hot spots and burn risk, heat output is monitored through the temperature-controlled thermostat, which turns the heating system on and off as needed to maintain consistent temperatures. Users can adjust temperatures using the front-mounted control knob.
For lasting durability, the Server 82110 fudge server's base and pump are constructed of stainless steel. Its jar can hold as much as 2 4⁄5 liters of product, while its pump can dispense as much as 30 milliliters per serving. Staff can adjust portion sizes in 3 7⁄10-milliliter increments. To streamline operation, this 7 3⁄4-inch-wide by 13-inch-deep by 15 3⁄4-inch-high unit can be powered on using the simple on/off rocker switch.
