The Server 81210 base rethermalizes cooked food to safe serving temperatures. Wrap-around elements heat the unit, and thermostats monitor the temperatures to ensure accuracy. The base holds two No. 10 cans or 3-quart jars. Jars, pumps, and a spacer are sold separately.
