This food warmer with (2) 5-quart insets by Server Products will keep toppings, soups, and cheese at precise temperatures. The stainless steel lids are hinged to stay upright during ladling and feature a rim to collect and return moisture to the food when the lid is closed. Food is brought safely and quickly through the danger zone to heat frozen items and keep them at safe temperatures until they are ready to serve.

Major company uses item... I would too!
"Used this product (multiple items) everyday for over a year, for a major company. Loved it!! Make sure to maintain a good tempature for the item being used, and it can keep your food warm all day. If you mess with the temp, it can burn your food. Depending on the food item, tempatures differ. If unsure, I suggest using lower temps at first, so as not to burn food. Also, before you buy... think logically, you are adding items in a container that goes into water. You cannot completely fill the container, or it can overflow, spill water, and/or warm uneven. The water is a major factor in the warming of the food. And don't forget to maintain the water or items will burn! Overall, this is a great product. I really enjoyed using them. I am looking to buy one for myself soon for my home, as I entertain a lot, and this would be a great item to have."

NOT 4-qts as advertised
"I have yet to use this unit, and will post an update once we've gotten some experience with it at our small emergency shelter. HOWEVER, what I'm NOT happy about right out of the box is that it is advertised as having two 4-qt inserts, but once you read the instructions you are told never to put more than 3-qts in each insert. I thgouth I was buying a an 8-qt unit, not a 6-qt unit, but after paying $80 to have it shipped to our remote Alaskan commuinity we'll just have to make do. Not off to a good start!"
