Vollrath S2028D Description
To provide strength for heavy-duty use, the Vollrath S2028D Super Pan® full-size steam pan is made of 300-series stainless steel with durable reinforced corners. It accommodates 30 1⁄2 quarts, which is great for holding salad greens, burgers, and other main dishes. Overall, it measures 13 3⁄4 inches wide by 21 3⁄4 inches deep by 8 inches high and is jam resistant to prevent it from becoming stuck in a food well.
