Metro PU8CD-HS1842 Description
The Metro PU8CD-HS1842 Metro2Go holding station is designed to expedite order pickup; staff can set finished orders on its shelves and customers can slide the front polycarbonate doors to retrieve them. It's divided into eight compartments, each measuring 19 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 6 7⁄10 inches tall. This unit is equipped with an on/off switch that operators can use to power down the unit when needed, and it features powder-coated side panels for additional corrosion resistance.
Constructed of stainless steel, the Metro PU8CD-HS1842 Grab & Go hot station's four shelves are sturdy, easy to clean, and corrosion resistant. To hold various menu items at different temperatures for ideal quality, the temperature of each shelf is controlled independently and can be set to a maximum of 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Intended for countertop placement, this unit measures 42 7⁄10 inches wide by 20 9⁄10 inches deep by 36 9⁄10 inches high.
