Metro A576K3 Description
For bulk storage of ingredients, bagged and boxed products, kitchen supplies, and small pieces of equipment, the Metro A576K3 Super Adjustable™ Super Erecta® starter shelving unit is built with four shelves, each of which has a 600-pound capacity; no more than 2,000 pounds should be stored on the unit. The shelves' open-wire structures enhance air circulation to reduce dust and debris accumulation. To further promote cleanliness, the shelves are treated with Microban® antimicrobial protection, which slows bacterial and fungal growth between regular cleanings.
For simple assembly, the Metro A576K3 shelving unit's four included posts are built with circular grooves in 1-inch increments and numbers every 2 inches, enabling operators to line up where shelves can be installed. This model includes four 63-inch-tall SiteSelect™ posts that feature double-groove visual guides to aid in shelf installation. The shelves can simply be raised or lowered with the corner-release mechanism, which doesn't require tools. To diversify installation locations, its steel structure is finished with a Metroseal 3™ epoxy coating that resists corrosion and withstands use in humid, damp, and wet environments.
