Coolest tong ever!!!

Not sure how great this would work in a restaurant but for my home these are AMAZING! I have them in the stainless and the non-stick although I use the stainless much more. They open only if pointed down and close only if pointed up - SOOOOO cool and perfect for one handed operation!

Fantastic spatula & bowl scraper

I found a grouping of 3 sizes of this spatula with metal handle at a closeout store 10 years ago: Narrow, as shown here, regular 2 inch wide blade, and spoon blade, each set of 3 at a rediculously low price. I bought 2 sets and have used them hundreds of times, almost daily! Other silicone spatulas have handles that bend or break, but not this one! The blades are durable, too, never cracking or splitting. Please Rosle, offer us the 2 inch blade!

Excellent Versatility

I LOVE this pan! This is a carbon steel pan; which has specific care and maintenance. It must be seasoned properly. It will rust. It can't go in the dishwasher. It shouldn't be cleaned with dish detergent. If you are willing to put the care that is necessary into it, this pan will outperform any other saute pan on the market. It took me a few weeks to really break mine in so far as seasoning the pan's cooking surface, but it is now more non-stick than any non-stick pan I've ever had. I also have birds, so this is an ideal choice for me; as teflon will off-gas from the pan and is extremely toxic to them. I don't want that for myself either; toxic or not. As for uses, I like being able to use it on the range for any type of saute work. It is an excellent choice for fritatta in the oven and I've even used it on the grill to get that smokey taste to aspergus spears. Cleanup isn't really that big of a deal. I scour out the leavings with kosher salt and a cotton rag. With a rinse in hot water. Then, I give it a very light coat of oilto store. Over the years, mine noe looks like a black mirror on the cooking surface. Wouldn't trade this pan for anything... even a Bob Kramer knife.

FINALLY A SUPER GREAT NUTMEG MILL

Fresh ground nutmeg tastes a huge amount better than the bottled powder nutmeg...much more lovely rich flavour. I use the grinder very often now on many, many dishes that I cook and it sits on my counter. I am totally satisfied with this product and wish I had had it years ago. I have tried other grinders and have been disappointed, but I simply love this one. The only not so great thing is it is so very difficult to separate the bottom part from the middle part and the instructions to do this, are pictorial. I think the manufacture should supply explicit printed instructions in what ever languages they see fit including English. My friend's husband (we needed his muscles! Tools should not be used as they could damage the finish and/or the insides.) finally separate the middle from the bottom, but it took a lot of work and someone with extremely strong hands and arms! After it was separated one time, then it was not at all difficult to separate it after that.

Sturdy and Easy Pour

this is used in small commercial cooking and home canning and entertaining. Great quality, expect to have this a lifetime.

Great Grater

Nice large sized holes in grater perfect for grating potatoes for hash browns. Very sharp and easy to use. Need to be a little careful to not get your knuckles skinned, but it's really not that hard.

this scale is really perfect - it is easy to learn, easy to use, and easy to clean. hard to get better than that!

best corn holders ever!!!

before i owned these i had the yellow plastic corn holders and those were terrible. they always broke and got crusty in the dishwasher. these rosle corn holders are incredibly sturdy. the dont bend, the dishwasher returns them to gleaming, and...well they are just awesome. best corn holders ever. i give these for gifts to all my friends now!
