Best bowls ever - versatile, flexible, microwave and dishwasher safe. Wish they'd had blue, but the color doesn't change how terrific they are.

if i could give zero stars i would

I have replaced this item 5 times through iSi company. It leaks and does not work. I wanted to write a review so no one else bothers with it and also so that eventually iSi will be responsible and fix the problem. Yes, I know how to use it and use it correctly.

Finding more and more uses

I originally started out with the 4 TBSP version of this as a measure that wasn't otherwise commonly available. So, I thought that getting these other three in standard sizes was really just a "splurge" when I had so many other measuring vessels. Wrong! The control over pouring that is achieved by pinching the edge, whether into the stand mixer, carefully into the half-full hot sauté pan, or even into the narrow opening way up there on my bird feeders, is so nice! I use the 4 cup with a potato masher to get the 6 bananas ready to add to my banana bread and, while I am at it, just measure the rest of the liquid ingredients and throw them along in with that waiting to be added to the mixer. I'll use a jug whisk in the 2 cup for the 4 eggs and have them ready to add also. I seem to be coming up with more and more uses. I have bought the set, along with the small 4 TBSP one, as gifts. They can discolor. I made the mistake of "scooping" homemade red sauce, a cup at a time into three separate freezer containers, in an attempt to evenly and accurately apportion the lot. I was able to get the "orange" cup back to looking new by washing it with some Chlorox Cleanup, and, rinsed well, it did not retain any color or bleach odor.

Everyone loves this

Over the years I had gotten some shot glasses and one of those "Wonder Cup" pushers in 2-3 TBSP sizes for those awkward small measures, especially if you are halving or doubling a recipe and end up with multiples of tablespoons or fractions of a 1/4 cup measure. This is so much better! This is one of those things that you "may not know that you need" until someone gives you one. It is a great and inexpensive "stocking stuffer." A friend to whom I had given one admitted that at first she wondered what she would do with it. Now she and her husband both use it all the time and, after her sister visited, she had to buy her one too!

The ones I reach for now while baking

Scoops baking ingredients with much less awkwardness than a traditional measuring cup, i.e. for me it eliminates the need to use a scoop to put ingredients into the measuring cup and with a wrist movement that seems more natural. Have bought as "stocking stuffers." (Note: Rinsing well with a little Chlorox Clean-Up seems to do away with the mild discoloration that can happen over time.)

User Friendly

So many of the silicone spatulas that I have purchased, I have not enjoyed using. I have one like the four I just ordered and have found that it is really comfortable to use. I especially like the sharp edge because it truly leaves nothing in the bowl and it's super easy to wash.

Best thing since the wheel

I own the two cup one but am going to get the whole set now. I have had all types of measruing cups but these are the best I have ever used.

Great to use on Granite counter tops. Love the flexiablity of these bowls, pour spout can be any where. Light weight & great color too! I want some larger ones now!!!!

what did i do before i had these?

oh my gosh, these have changed my (baking) life. i truly don't know how I ever added dry ingredients to my mixer before i owned these bowls. the flexibility means you can pour both wet and dry ingredients into almost anything without losing a bit! truly, i am in love

awesome scraper!

i LOVE this scraper. i used to use the metal dough dividers for transferring all my chopped items to the skillet but using this i now get every last piece! what a great invention silicone is, whoever invented that should get a medal!!!

Outstanding product, versatile and smart

I have bought and given several as this is my favorite new kitchen accessory. The silicone construction allows for the cup to be compressed for easy pour and the nesting of the set saves cabinet space. I thew away all of my old measuring cups!

Best Brush!

I had ordered one of these earlier and ordered several more for Christmas presents and got myself an extra too. I use this type of brush all the time since I don't use cooking spray. This is a wonderful brush!

SELTZER IS OUR DRINK OF CHOICE. MY FAMILY AND I GO THROUGH SEVERAL BOTTLES A DAY. A Very Nice Product

Prior to purchasing the Isi Soda Siphon, we drank imported bottle sparkling water with dinner. Usually San Pelligrino from Italy, shipped to the U.S. in 750 ml bottles. We wanted to reduce the carbon footprint, but keep the bubbles. After looking at pretty much all the CO2 soda siphon solutions on the market in the U.S., we selected Isi. And we are very happy with the decision. The product works really well. If you drink sparkling water frequently this is a lower cost and lower carbon footprint way to enjoy the water. Two mild complaints, which are not significant, but I add them here for the record: 1. When properly filled, one bottle is around 26 ounces, not the full 32 ounce nominal capacity of the metal bottle. The difference is for the compressed CO2. 2. There is a fill line indicator inside the bottle, but it is a bear to read. Accordingly, I now pre-measure around 26 to 26.5 ounces in a Pyrex measuring beaker and fill this way. It adds a step and a drying operation, but it is the best solution that I have found. Three other points of note in preparing the best gas-entrained water: 1. Keep the water as cold as you can, 2. Charge the water with gas several hours before drinking, and 3. After charging the water, shake 5-10 times while inverting the top and bottom of the bottle. This promotes absorption of the gas.

I always enjoy making my own seltzer water. I've never had any problems with the isi brand.
