Horrible product and horrible customer service

Simply put, the product doesn't work. The egg white literally came out of the holes in the Cuisipro, and made a mess in the my. To make matters worse, KaTom refused to refund the purchase price. Why? Because the product was used. Duh. How else can a person figure out whether a product works if they don't use the product at least once. I had to deny the charge with my bank. I will NEVER purchase from KaTom again.

Misleading product description

From the description, we expected a 14 inch strainer. What we received was a strainer that measured about 5 3/4 inches and a handle that measured about 6 1/2. Inches. It would be more accurate to include the size of the strainer in the description. The strainer is a quality product, just not the size we expected.

Good product

It's easier to clean than most of the garlic presses I have used.
