good product if wasnt broken

use products on ships, shipping is the problem, bought several and most come broken,

NO MORE KEYS TO LOSE

The key was lost on the last towel dispenser. I do not understand why a key is needed on a self serve towel dispenser when the cost of the towels is not an issue.

This mirror was superbly made!

I bought this mirror to put into an antique frame I had. I was impressed with how sturdy the frame was even though I wasn't using it, and I had it shipped which is a bit dangerous for the breaking risk! It was wrapped extremely well and the mirror is beautiful.

Good product, great company!

We purchased this seat to replace some existing seats at a YMCA. I was hoping the seat itself would switch out without having to change the base. This was not the case as they have made some modifications since our original ones were installed. The new seats went in easily, and appear to be a great product. KaTom Restaurant Supply was fantastic to deal with.When I called to check on my order they were able to pull it right up and give me a status update. I will certainly order with them again.

One unbroken mirror very Nice

We ordered two mirrors, one was broken one was good. Went through the channels to get it replaced and still waiting for the replacement to come in. But the one that was unbroken is nice and of good quality.
