Many operators requiring straightforward and efficient hot storage look to Hoshizaki heated cabinets. The company's Steelheart Series includes holding cabinets of various sizes for flexibility in product volume. Each unit features braking casters for simple mobility.

Hoshizaki heated cabinets, available with either one or two sections, provide operators with hot storage designed to efficiently use space and energy. The Steelheart Series is designed to maximize internal space while maintaining a compact footprint, with a top-mounted heating element that efficiently warms the cabinet's interior without demanding additional clearance space. CFC-free polyurethane insulation helps retain heat and conserve energy. All Steelheart models are certified by ENERGY STAR.

Each Hoshizaki heated cabinet is made of durable stainless steel and comes standard with a solid-state digital controller featuring an LED display and temperature alarms. Hoshizaki offers choices between reach-in or pass-thru heated cabinets, depending on the intended application. For greater customization, these units also feature adjustable shelves and field-reversible doors. Doors on these cabinets are spring assisted and self-closing with a stay-open feature that eases loading and unloading.
