For the largest demands, Garland double stack convection ovens feature two full-size oven cavities that operate independently. Regardless of the series, all Garland commercial convection ovens share a durable stainless steel construction, double pane thermal windows, and a porcelain-enameled interior.

Garland deck ovens are available in either gas or electric models, but these ovens feature hearths especially suited to crisping the crust on artisanal bread and pizza or evenly roasting large pans of food. Optional steam injectors are available for establishments specializing in baking bread. The GPD series is the optimal choice for pizzerias. Cool-touch handles ensure operator safety even when the oven is in operation. Like Garland convection ovens, these models are constructed of durable stainless steel to withstand the wear and tear of a busy kitchen.
