Continental heated cabinets can be an invaluable addition to catering operations, back-of-house storage areas, and more. Simply slide food trays filled with prepared dishes into the cabinet and rest assured that food will remain at safe, appetizing temperatures until it reaches the customer.

Transport or temporarily store prepared food in a Continental heated cabinet designed to maintain temperatures between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. These cabinets keep food out of the danger zone without cooking it further, inhibiting bacteria growth and maintaining proper temperature and texture. A self-contained heating system and non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation ensure temperatures stay within the proper parameters until food reaches the table. Many Continental warmers feature cylinder locks and self-closing doors to prevent tampering and contain heat. Models are available with one or two sections and casters or stationary legs to suit any operation's needs.
