Cutting Mats

Flexible cutting mats can supplement cutting boards to make prep jobs easier. They are thin enough to roll up, but solid enough to take the sharpness of a blade. Delicate meats and vegetables can be diced and placed in soups, sauces, and other dishes by rolling up the mat and pouring contents directly into the container.
