Stainless Steel Roasting Pan
Stainless steel is a great material for a roasting pan because it is easy to deglaze and to clean, it can also last longer over extended periods of heating and cooling. They're wide and shallow to give roasting items maximum contact with oven heat, and they include racks that keep meats out of their drippings.
