This 5O7O MD-UC-HTB30P high-temp dishwasher sports an undercounter design that saves space while promoting durability. Its stainless steel construction resists corrosion and rust while resisting bumps, scrapes, and scratches. The counterbalanced door opens outward to provide users full cabinet access for retrieval and loading. Its insulated design helps protect users when removing product and minimizes heat loss during operation. To accommodate various load sizes, it includes a 20-inch by 20-inch flat rack, a 20-inch by 20-inch peg rack, and a cutlery container.

To support different washing needs, the 5O7O MD-UC-HTB30P undercounter dishwasher has three wash cycles: 90 seconds, 120 seconds, and 180 seconds. Each cycle uses 0.63 gallons of water on average, and the unit can wash as many as 30 racks per hour. As a high-temperature unit, it includes a built-in booster that heats water temperatures 70 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure it reaches 180 degrees Fahrenheit for proper sanitation. The soft-start mechanism can reduce breakage by cycling on slowly; this feature also minimizes sound.
