Irinox MULTIFRESH NEXT ML EXCELLENCE ECO-SILENT Description
The Irinox MultiFresh® NEXT EXCELLENCE ECO-SILENT blast chiller/shock freezer accommodates nine sheet pans or 18 steam table pans in its multifunction interior. It executes 13 automated cycles—including thawing, proofing, cooking, and pasteurizing—and completes 110-lb. chilling and freezing cycles within standard HACCP limits. Features include a 10-inch touchscreen, MultiRack®, and core temperature probe for precise batch control.
To support these capabilities, a self-contained, air-cooled condensing unit circulates R290 propane refrigerant to maintain consistent performance. Indirect airflow preserves temperature uniformity inside the Irinox MultiFresh NEXT EXCELLENCE ECO-SILENT blast chiller/shock freezer, while polyurethane insulation improves thermal retention. Daily maintenance is simplified with a removable condenser filter, magnetic access grill, and condensation tray.
