Irinox EASYFRESH NEXT XS Description
The Irinox EASYFRESH NEXT XS 21-inch EasyFresh® blast chiller/shock freezer is a compact, reach-in floor model designed to accommodate three 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1⁄2-inch steam table pans or three 18-inch by 13-inch sheet pans (pans not included). Made with 304 stainless steel inside and out, this unit features a left-hinged door, 4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs, and a single stainless wire shelf. The 4 3⁄10-inch capacitive touchscreen allows users to initiate four chilling/freezing modes or activate non-stop, cold holding, and defrost functions. It also supports cycle customization and HACCP data export via USB port. The core temperature probe switches automatically between time and probe modes.
With a chilling range from 194 degrees Fahrenheit down to 0 degrees Fahrenheit, the Irinox EASYFRESH NEXT XS 21-inch blast chiller/shock freezer processes up to 22 pounds of food in either blast chill or shock freeze mode. Powered by a self-contained, energy-efficient air-cooled condensing unit, the system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 2/5-horsepower compressor. Indirect airflow and microcrystal formation preserve food structure and texture, while FreshCloud® IOT capability allows for remote access, monitoring, and parameter control via mobile app. The unit operates on 115 volts and comes with a cord; plug is not included (suggested plug: NEMA L6-15P).
