Valpro VPUCF48 Description
For keeping cold storage close to prep areas, the Valpro VPUCF48 undercounter freezer includes two epoxy-coated wire shelves to promote airflow and organization. Its interior liner is made of white ABS plastic, while its floor is stainless steel to ease cleaning. Its doors have a self-closing design, although when they're pushed past 90 degrees, they remain open so users are free to insert and remove inventory.
Temperatures in this Valpro VPUCF48 two-section undercounter freezer can be adjusted from -10 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit with the digital thermostat and monitored on the LED display. A large fan motor and fan blades move cold air throughout the unit to expedite recovery times. Overall, this unit measures 48 1⁄5 inches wide by 29 9⁄10 inches deep by 35 1⁄2 inches high.
