Valpro VP2F-48M Description
This two-section reach-in Valpro VP2F-48M display freezer measures 54 inches wide by 33 1⁄2 inches deep by 79 1⁄2 inches high externally, and 50 1⁄10 inches wide by 30 inches deep by 55 1⁄2 inches high internally. It features 48 cubic feet of storage space. The display freezer is equipped with a self-contained, bottom-mounted refrigeration system that uses a capillary tube system and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep displayed products frozen. The external digital thermostat controls the temperature and keeps it between -10 and 10 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Valpro VP2F-48M display freezer’s exterior is constructed of black baked enamel steel and features a baked enamel aluminum interior with a stainless steel interior floor. The interior is fitted with eight epoxy-coated wire shelves for holding and displaying ice cream, popsicles, or other frozen foods. The contents of the freezer are illuminated with a series of internal LED lights, which work to draw attention to the items and increase their visual appeal. The unit’s two doors feature triple-pane thermal glass designed to hold in cold air while providing visibility into the cabinet.
