Valpro VP1R-23M Description
The reach-in one-section Valpro VP1R-23M glass door merchandiser features a black exterior constructed of baked enamel steel and is equipped with a transparent triple-pane glass door that provides visibility to potential customers while maintaining food-safe temperatures. Its self-contained bottom-mount refrigeration system uses a capillary tube system to distribute hydrocarbon refrigerant around the unit. The refrigerant works to keep the internal temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, which is assisted by polyurethane foam insulation.
This Valpro VP1R-23M glass door merchandiser is 26 4⁄5 inches wide by 31 9⁄10 inches deep by 79 1⁄2 inches high and has a 23-cubic-foot storage capacity. Cold food items can be stored on the four heavy-duty, epoxy-coated wire shelves, which provide secure storage and open spaces for free air circulation. The interior walls of this unit are made of baked enamel aluminum, and the structure is reinforced with a stainless steel interior floor.
