Eastern Tabletop 3114 Description
The Eastern Tabletop 3114 rectangular chafer is suitable for use in a catering hall, on a buffet line, or in any other self-serve establishment. A fuel can must be purchased separately to keep the included water pan warm, and to hold product until it's served, the 8-quart food pan rests inside the water pan. Opening at any angle, a rolltop cover is situated at the top of the chafer to facilitate product access. This unit is constructed of durable stainless steel to withstand high-volume use.
