Designed to maintain consistent drink quality, it incorporates a fixed-flow water system that compensates for fluctuations in water pressure and supports a 5 2⁄5-gallon hourly output. The machine houses a 5 3⁄5-gallon internal tank and uses direct-drive mixing augers to blend product efficiently. Programming is controlled through a scroll-through digital LCD panel with touch controls, and the unit features a hinged front door and lift door access to streamline maintenance. The plumbed drip tray includes cup position indicators to guide placement during dispensing, while removable hoppers and a rinse function reduce daily cleaning labor.
