Producing an output of 18,000 BTUs, it cools when outdoor temperatures range from 0 to 115 degrees Fahrenheit, and it operates at 19,800 BTUs to provide heat when outdoor temperatures range from -4 to 75 degrees Fahrenheit. It must be purchased with an outdoor condenser for use and operates with G10 inverter technology for quiet heating and cooling. Due to its multi-speed fan with adjustable airflow, the unit blows air both horizontally and vertically for optimal room coverage.

Because the coil of the Gree 3VIR18HP230V1AH mini split indoor unit is coated with an acrylic resin, it's defended against corrosion for long-term use.
