Alluserv AIPH1 Description
Using the Alluserv AIPH1 countertop induction charger, operators can warm plates before serving them to guests, maintaining safe, appetizing food temperatures as dishes are being delivered. It accommodates ceramic induction plates with a diameter of 9 inches, and it features a calibrated plate locator. To facilitate swift service, this unit warms plates to the ideal temperature in only 20 seconds.
To keep the unit secure on countertops, the Alluserv AIPH1 induction plate warmer is fitted with nonslip rubber feet. Its stainless steel housing is resistant to corrosion and denting, and its polycarbonate charging surface resists impacts to ensure a long lifespan. For consistent heating results, it features built-in TempSense™.
